AsteriskBD Support center works 24/7 and we do give every client of ours a special treatment by giving them an access to our ticketing Module and where the technical team can chat with our always on line customer care Team.
AsteriskBD contact center support and Corporate Support with Filed engineers and over above we define a Key account Manger to escalate things if it doesn´t get resolved in the defined time as per the Maintenance contract agreement.
There may be lot of Contact centre which work 5 days or 8-12 hrs a day and they may not require such an agreement on contract.
To give benefit to small contact centers or contact centers or corporate clients which tend to work within their stipulated time and does not like to pay out extra money for the time where they don´t work.
